CHECK IN

Please come 15 minutes early to check in and make sure all your insurance information is up to date. Always bring your insurance card(s) and photo id to every visit to Transcend Medical Group. It really helps with the administration, filing and processing of each visit. A demographic information update is required every six months. Please have your insurance information and photo id handy so we can process your information in a timely manner.

CANCELLATIONS

Our office provides an automated appointment reminder call one business days prior to your scheduled appointment as a courtesy to you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 817.860.2700.
