The Transcend Medical Group Infusion Clinic is an outpatient facility offering comprehensive transfusion services to our non-cancer patients. Infusion therapy (also called intravenous or IV therapy) is an effective way to administer medications to patients who cannot be treated efficiently with oral medications.  Depending on the type of treatment required, you may need to visit the center for a single treatment, or for multiple treatments over a period of time.  Our Infusion Therapy Department is staffed with highly trained registered nurses (RN) with the expertise in establishing the venous access, administering the doses under the supervision of their personal physician and educating the patient and family as, needed. Our nurses are available 7 days a week, as well as, holiday to treat those patients in need of IV therapy.
